Tap itself not bad but fittings not good, when you tighten it onto sink this restricts the swivel of the tap head. I tried this numerous times, even when slackened off and tried to move swivel the whole base would move. I suppose you get what you pay for in the end, my mistake.

Total Junk - AVOID. Fitted tap to sink and spout hardly turns without grinding and moving main body of tap. Poor design or manufacture. Ended up a Plumb Centre and spend £80 on a good one - no problems now!

First one I bought before Covid and it lasted a couple of years I think. It failed while we were in the middle the first lockdown so it was just easier to buy another to get the job sorted. This second one has lasted just over a year! Started dripping now, will be getting a better replacement this time!

I ordered this tap as it looked identical to the one I was replacing which was old and creaky. It is very much inferior quality now that it’s been installed and I’m using it. The old one was much chunkier and sturdier. If it hadn’t been such a hassle to fit I’d swap it out for something more substantial. I guess it’s okay for the money but next time I’ll pay more for better quality.

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing this tap. On the plus side it is the exact tap on sale in my local store for twice the price.As with other reviews when in use water leaked from around the handle. Also the diameter across the bottom is such that it barely covers the hole in the sink top. No issues with Amazons return policy absolutely brilliant.

Very disappointing and a waste of money!Mixer tap was easily installed and worked well at first. But it has only lasted us 13 months! from fitting. We had water flooding everywhere, as the top of the mixer tap came off in our hands (without any warning issue prior)!!Extremely disappointing! Will not buy this product again. We went to our local plumbing supplier who provides us with a better guarantee.

Started well but eventually the bolt holding the assembly in place broke and I had to stop doing DIY and get a plumber in to replace it with what he called "the right one for the job"I have left a neutral score because I don't know enough to say if the plumber is talking rubbish or not.

Fitted perfectly after replacing my faulty one I had for years,nice shape for my kitchen sink,and delivery was super quick
