Although not a thick book it does have great information and recipes in for a beginner. A bit expensive for what it is.

Hi All, like other reviews I also bought another cook book only to find that it was based on American recipes. I looked through loads of Amazon reviews, only to find that most were either based on recipes from American, or so called English recipes, only to find that they had put American recipes in? I only found two books which had ONLY English recipes in. There could be others out there ? So I bought this one. Very easy to read, not a big list of recipes, but All English. I’ve tried a few already & this times were accurate. Will I be looking for anymore Air fryer cook books. I don’t think so. Chris.
