Poor design meant I could not get the handset connected ...
Poor design meant I could not get the handset connected to the handpeice without it leaking.Tube far too long to be connected to the cistern.Packaging very poor and damaged on arrival.Definitely not one to recommend

Absolutely Delighted with this product
I am absolutely delighted with this product. Not a single drill or equipment required to fix. I initially thought it will be a complex process to setup the T connection from cold mains to the water spray. However the fact is T connector is included with the shower makes it quite easy to install.I am not a great DIYer (Esp. with plumbing stuff) but this is fairly simple to install.The only thing I would recommend is the thread seal tape (PTFE tape or plumbers tape cost around a quid) so that all the threadings are secure.Overall a great product.

overall sturdy stuff but needed a plumber to fix it for ...
the 3 way valve it comes with ,dont think it fits , overall sturdy stuff but needed a plumber to fix it for me .the water pressure will be low as soon as you fox ,but wait for water to fully accumulate in the pipe for the first time and the pressure is good after tht ( it was new to me ,prob obvious to most ppl :) ). suction cap like they say , unless ceramic ,it wont fit .

Crap product
The fitting to the toilet inlet is a crap design ends up facing the wrong way when you tighten it up. also the hose leaks at both ends crap design I fitted an old shower hose and no leaks!!! the plastic holder is cheep and looks like it will break. don't recommend this product unless you just need the spray head.

Adequate, but not top quality
I managed to fit the suction cup permanently to the wall with silicone glue. No problem there. However, maybe I don't have the tools to screw them on tight enough, but the hose tends to leak very slightly at both ends. Not therefore a top quality product. I would not use without fitting a tap between the t-joint and the bidet hose, so that you can shut it off. Otherwise you will find yourself with a small puddle on the floor at the end of each day. Oddly, the packing inside the box has Chinese characters on it (despite all the Union Jacks in the advert).
