Quick and easy
Works pretty good! Nice clear sound. Set up was easy. I was able to connect it to my projector no problem.

Don't Waste Your Money
06/03/24: Bought this when I bought 4 of the latest gen Echo Dots. Had an issue and tried to use the warranty. I was passed around over and over and over and spent over an hour on the phone with 6 different agents, non of whom helped me. The last one wanted to screen share on my phone and that's when I hung up. I was so mad I threw my device. Guess what? It fixed the issue with my wifi. The square trade agent had no idea what she was talking about and I was not about to screen share with her. WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER WARRANTY FROM SQUARE TRADE AGAIN. I already spent a ton of money on them for 4 other devices, but I have learned my lesson.

Good product
2024 ordered the (5th generation) echo dot from Alexa. Easy to use have Alexa linked and synced with just about everything. My Samsungless 65" 4k uhd crystal tu7000 7 series smart tv did not last even four years. Went out so I got another Samsung 50" class crystal uhd dux1e 8 series smart tv this is way lot better hopefully it lasts longer.

A vibrant sound this gen5 has not like the older model.
I disliked that we had to call customer service bc it was technical support we so badly needed. But she was so very patient and I really applaud her. Thank you Amazon.

Would not connect to my device
I ordered this Alexa to replace a previous one test I’d purchased years ago, but recently lost. The first replacement was unable to successfully pair with my device even after I called customer support to attempt to assist. They recommended sending the faulty device in and they’d ship a replacement. I agreed. I received the replacement and encountered the same problem. I called customer care and asked for a label to be emailed to me so that I can send this Alexa back and receive a full refund at this point. I am very disappointed in the quality of the Alexa device now. I once thought that they were the best thing going.

Alexia dot has short shelf life!
Not even a year old and dead. This is my third and they keep dying young.
