It's okay for the price and size, however it doesn't laminate things very well. I generally find I have to put things through the machine two or three times to get them to laminate properly, and this is with the machine on the hot setting. I wouldn't even bother with the cold setting. I'm only laminating paper, I haven't tried to do card or anything particularly thick. I generally find after a few hours of laminating if you rub the sheet between your fingers, you can feel the paper moving inside the plastic. If you can afford to spend more on a laminater, do!

I'm very pleased with this laminator. It is very slim and compact but still sturdy feeling. It warms up quickly, the pouch is fed through smoothly and surprisingly quickly. It's silent while operating and I was able to laminate 12 sheets in one sitting no problems.I only needed it for very occasional use so it's perfect for me. The price is a bargain at £13.49.

Laminator is OK. Sometimes the green light goes out mid sheet, and it is noticable that the pouch isn't sealed properly. Usually fixed by passing through again, but this is not the point. Seems the thermostat on it is a bit slow to turn the power back on.Edit: Sealing got worse over time, but only on one side. Contacted Amazon and they agreed to replace it. We'll see if this one is any better.

Picked this up for my wife to use in her business as she has been using a friends for a while and it was time we handed it back!Whats nice about this one is that it is nice and compact and doesnt break the bank! However the first time we used it, despite sitting with it and following the instructions to the tea, the sheet got caught inside and stuck. It wasnt all that difficult to get the sheet out again.It heats up nice and quick and itsnt particularly loud when running either.For the price its fine but I dont think it would hold up to constant use very well and you cant leave it for a split second when there is a sheet running through it.

Does what it says on the box. Need to feed the sleeves through properly or it curls a corner, this is however easy to fix by refeeding it through. 60 pages laminated so far and no issues.

Had less than two months and now it stops heating up. It no longer laminates because of this. Very disappointed!

I bought this to use on a fairly infrequent basis and I'm really impressed with it. It's slim, light and incredibly quiet during operation, you can barely hear it at all. It only takes a couple of minutes to heat up and the quality of lamination is very good.Not sure how well it would stand up to frequent use but for the odd job, it's a great buy and excellent value.
