Short routines with no floor work
Like that they're only 15 minutes, so they're great if you want to do a bit of fitness when you don't have much time and I sometimes do 2 together if I'm feeling keen. There's no warm up as you get straight in, but it's not that intense, so I think that's fine. There is a brief cool down at the end and I usually do a few more stretches once she's finished. The full routine is walking (jogging optional), so there's no need for a mat or weights or anything. I find Jessica easy to listen to and like that you have her mum and friend doing different intensity levels. This is not a dvd for exercise freaks, you'll feel like you've done some exercise, but won't be dripping in sweat! There's 4 different routines, so you can alternate to avoid getting bored.

Great for beginners
I would highly recommend this dvd to beginners in particular. I have tried other dvds and have not been able to follow the moves so I have quickly given up. I needed something simple, that did not take too much space to do and that would give me some much-needed exercise! This ticks all the boxes. I am quite unfit and, on the first day, I could not even do the full 15 minutes even though I could pick up the moves. On the second day I did the whole 15 minutes of the dance party walk (last on the video). I like that the moves are easy to follow and are repeated several times during the workout so you really get to know them well. I thought I might get bored or irritated with the instructor doing the same workout for a whole week but I didn't. She has a pleasant voice and is very encouraging. In my second week I moved on to a different 15 minute walk and the same again in the third week. Once I have worked through all 4 15 minute walks my aim is to increase to doing 30 minutes a day by doing 2 of the workouts. The only thing that could improve the dvd is to use well-known music for the workout but I suppose that would have been too expensive. Once I know the workout well I plan to turn the volume down and do it along with my favourite music which will be more fun. I feel better for using this dvd to start my day and would recommend it to others who are real beginners.

Makes you puff!
I bought this DVD for days when I cannot get out for a walk. It may be low impact but certainly makes you work and use your body. I enjoy using it and like the fact that each 15minute session includes a warm up and cool down. It takes a few times to get the routines right by that is the same with anything. Good for coordination I might add. There is a lot of encouragement and you can follow an easier or harder workout if you like. It may be American but I am enjoying it and actually wish I had bought the one with more workouts but didn’t know what to expect. Easy to do in the lounge as you don’t require too much space to benefit fully. The four routines are different which means it is good to mix about. I would recommend this to anyone.

Really good DVD with low impact workouts
So i have purchased a few Low impact workout DVDs and out of the ones i have this is the one i am liking the most.Its four 15 minute routines that can be done one at a time or together.. All containe a few minutes warm up, main excerise and slow down.. I have now done all of them in two 15 minute batches.. Instructions are clear and fun. Jessica is a very good motivator and the music isnt bad. She has two other ladies with her one does the easier version of the excerises and the other lady the harder, Jessica follows as the middle ground. There are no swats or laying down, all the excerises focus on abs to varying degree. You dont need too much space to follow the routines. I have knee issues so was looking to find excerises that dont cause me issues. I can see me using this DVD for some time as its very easy to just pop in and out. When you are done you do feel as though you have had a good workout.

Very encouraging
I am 66, 9 stone and size 10 so not what you would call overweight but I was finding that getting out of bed in the morning was getting harder and I felt that my fitness levels were not as good as they should be if I want to protect my bones and muscles as I get even older! I found some old dvds I had in the cupboard from my 'Jane Fonda days' but I am certainly not really up to energetic aerobics followed by 45 minutes of floor exercises. I bought two of Jessica Smith's dvds and absolutely love them. I am in my second week and find them very enjoyable and I feel much fitter already. I walk my dog each morning and afternoon so combined with one or two sessions of 'Walk On' I exceed the 10,000 recommended steps per day. There is a low impact option following Jessica's mum. Jessica herself is very personable and encouraging.

Good work out dvd.
I have just received this dvd so haven't actually done a routine yet, but I have looked through it and it looks really good, I have done Jessica's routines off youtube and find them really enjoyable, she is a good coach, the routines are quite energetic so gets the heart rate up for a good cardio work out, and the toning moves for tums, bums and legs are good too, a lot of these are done standing so you don't have to get down on the floor which I find easier for my back, and this dvd as 15 minute routines so if you haven't much time you can pick one to do, or if you have more time you can do more.
