Just what I wanted. I've had 3 neck surgeries. This heating pad relieves much of my pain. I like having choices of heat settings. It is a comfortable weight. I also like the soft fabric. Having a timer is an added bonus!

Good weight and warms up super quickly. Also very soft. I use it as a heating pad for my shoulders, for cramps, and for my lower back as well and it works great. I really love this and would definitely buy it again!

Great heating pad. Love the fact that you can rest it over your shoulders and stays put. It gives out decent heat. I wouldn't use it on high. Too hot. It also has a nice long cord which I appreciateWould purchase again

Best heating pad ever. It says for neck and shoulders but since it curves I have found it great for lower back. It wraps around to cover lower back area. Liked it so much I bought 2v more as gifts for my daughters who also love it. Has both time and temp controls so it is remarkably flexible for many uses.

Arrived quickly, wraps well ,can be used on various locations and is comfortable. Certainly will and did recommend for your next heat pad.

I liked this heating pad for the several months that it worked. Over the last 2 weeks it has worked less and less, and now it's almost useless. I bought it about 9 months ago, so I can't really complain too much since it clearly was good for awhile, but I just think less than a year is kind of sad. I have another heating pad (just a plan square one) that I've had for more than 5 years and it still works great (just doesn't conform to the neck and shoulders).
