They definitely did the job, but the ink was a bit hard to get out and I had to over write several times as it was quite thin

I bought these pens to create witness marks on some fixtures so that when I remove and re-install I can just line them up. I had originally use a sharpie pen but this is temporary as it's easily removed from the painted steel that I use. Furthermore, the paint was black so it was difficult to show up.The white paint shows up really well on the black paint, but you'll need to remember that you won't be able to make a fine line like you can with a sharpie. If you use a steel ruler the paint will create a meniscus against and flow up the ruler, ruining any type of straight line you were trying to make (and leaving paint on your ruler!). Then the dreaded happened. The nib of the pen fell out and threw a lot of paint onto my fixture which also has some knurled parts. I have not been able to remove the paint from the knurled region and the fixture is "visually" ruined. This doesn't affect the function of my fixtures but it's frustrating because I will ruin the underlying black paint work if I use paint thinner and steel wool to remove.This does a great job showing up on metal however, so I need to give these pens some credit for that. But since the pen did break after mild usage and the fact that it's a nightmare to remove I do need to deduct some stars.

Work well nice and thin

I bought these for the workshop.Thought i would move on from a pencil.But oh dear. I had a set of three. Not one of them worked.You have to push the nib down to start them. But in the end the nib just breaks.and still no ink. Be warned.

Set of 3 markers, one doesn't work, I dropped one and the end fell out, one works intermittently.

Despite shaking the pen and pushing down on teh nib to start it these pens don't work well at all. When you press it down at first it doesn't work, so you repeat and then you get a flood of paint that ruins your work and you need some spirit to clean up. Shan't be buying again, lesson learnt.
