Use 1 gram (1/2 teaspoon) per serving. Add hot or cold water, milk or juice and whisk until dissolved. Whisk 1 gram (approx. half a tsp) into a cold water paste. Use a table spoon of water to start. If a whisk (e.g. battery operated latte whisk or traditional hand held bamboo whisk) is not available a tea spoon can be used to press the powder into a paste. Once a paste is made you can convert the drink into a; Tea - add 250ml hot water (80 degC). For latte, add 250ml hot milk (or vegan substitute). Whisk again until a frothy top forms.

Matcha is caffeinated: <30mg per 1g serving. Daily limit 2g-3g. Not suitable for children & pregnant women.
