The first one I had delivered had a big piece broken off the casing, which wasn't in the bag it was wrapped in, so can only assume it was sent broken and it didn't happen during delivery. Either way, was easy to have it replaced, so not a big deal besides from having to wait another day.The second that arrived was intact, and it works just fine
