OK FOR THE MONEY
Gives desired result and easy to use. Would be better if centre spindle was metal. Being plastic it tends to stick a bit, so used a spot of machine oil.

Useful tool for a range of scales
Useful tool but I'm not sure how long the plastic blade lock will last. Time will tell but then it is cheap so I shouldn't expect a lifetime of use! I did wonder why the blades are not marked with scales but of course it doesn't matter because rivet spacing is not consistent. Just do a test piece using all four blades on a piece of card and compare it with the spacing you need.

Fab little tool
Fab little tool for adding rivet lines to model aircraft, for just that small amount of detail.

Trumpeter riveting tool
Fast delivery and item is as described . Not had chance to use yet as in middle of a build at the moment . 4 sizes give varying spaces and rivet sizes. Although the box is marked master tools the tool itself is marked trumpeter which is a well known scale model manufacturer . I've seen reviews of this online and I'm sure when I come to use the tool it will bring the desired results with a good pinch of skill and preparation

Good value but limited.
Great value for money but not the easiest tool to use. The "wheel" is very large especially for smaller scales & is partly obscured by the handle & yellow guard when used on a model.Well worth the money as an inexpensive tool for occasional use or if you are unsure that you want to jump into buying a more expensive product straight away.

Product of average quality that suffers from poor design
Overall this is a very disappointing product. Pros: it comes with a good range of wheels for 1/72, 1/48 and 1/32 rivets. Thumb's up for that. But it otherwise fails on all other measures: overall quality is poor (all plastic, feels cheap). Importantly it's impossible to press hard enough on the plastic model to imprint the rivets as otherwise the wheels moves around too much on its axis (goes left, right, left, right) and making straight lines is a real challenge/impossible. The wheels are also too large and it's therefore hard to see/judge where one is imprinting rivets. Too often you'll end up regretting having even tried to make rivets with this. In my opinion, forget that product and buy a "Rosie the Riveter" rivet maker instead. Expensive alternative but ultimately money well spent.
