Perfect addition to a first aid box - instant ice pack even though we have no freezer in the area. Just bend the pack to snap and mix the chemicals and the effect is immediate. It doesn't last for very long (10-15 minutes before it starts to go tepid) but long enough to provide initial relief. Once used, it has to be discarded as it can't be reused. One of mine broke in the post but was replaced without any fuss

My friend is peri-menapausal, and can suddenly heat up. We carry these bags for just such emergencies. They pack well, have not had one burst yet.

Easy to use

A lot bigger than expected which is a bonus, I orderd 4 and 3 of them arrived activated so no longer fit for purpose, just be aware, good price for the size of them though

I bought this to replace one that came with our super duper first aid kit that I always take on holiday. After a couple of years, some things had gone out of date, and I like the idea of these ice packs so much that I thought it was worth replacing it. I've needed ice packs recently for a foot injury so it's nice to know you could have an instant one if you have a problem on holiday. I like the reassuring fact that it's a St John's ambulance product.

Very disappointed with this. Advert is misleading as only received 1 and for the price it is a massive rip off. Will never buy from them again. Also to use the at Johns ambulance too.

Was much bigger than I expected. Had bought for son and cadet first aid kit. It is now in my kitchen cupboard and I gave him one of my smaller ones.

Es bastante mas grande de lo que me imaginaba. No enfría demasiado, pero puede ser útil para alguna lesión ocasional fuera de casa.
