The first time I took these, I was sitting at my desk trying to get some work done, but I kept nodding off. The most significant menopause symptom I’ve had is that I can literally fall asleep during a conversation. I’ve always been an easy sleeper, but this is ridiculous. Maybe this will help, I thought? So I took them.The flavor was nicely minty, but there is another taste there, which makes them less pleasant since it keeps surfacing as it melts. It’s bitter, like a poison plant bitter, not like a dark chocolate bitter. I’m not super sensitive to bitter, so this might be difficult for some people.Twenty minutes later (!) I woke up. I pray I wasn’t snoring, but fortunately there was only one other person around, and I was in my office. Yeah, it didn’t help. I don’t even know how I fell asleep. My hand was on my mouse. It is sudden and super annoying. Needless to say, these did nothing for me.I will say that caffeine in general has little to no effect on me, except to focus me. I can drink a tankard of coffee followed by a jug of tea and sleep like a baby immediately after. But I was hopeful some of the other ingredients would have something to keep me conscious. I’m not sleep deprived, and it’s only been like this since my hormones have started shifting. I will have to seek out another cure for me. These weren’t it.

I ordered these as a booster supplement to another brand of a brain support supplement.They arrived on time and well packaged. When opened there was a minty fragrance and nothing weird, odd, or "ugly stinky" (as I call it). These are a nice flavor and dissolve much in the same way a Lifesaver does, so don't expect too much in the way of a rapid dissolution when you take them. The flavor is VERY minty and might be off putting if you are not a big fan of peppermint, so that might be something to consider as well. I like that these mints are in a dark glass container that preserves the herbs against oxidation and MADE IN THE USA- sometimes hard to find but a big plus if like me you are concerned about food safety and processing issues from products made overseas. The ingredients DO include ingredients from both the USA and foreign sources-- as well as processing in a plant that also manufactures products containing soy, wheat, & tree nuts. Although this is not an allergen concern for me personally, I thought it was worth mentioning here.These do contain some fillers like magnesium stearate & silicon dioxide, but other ingredients include mannitol, spirulina, and stevia leaf for sweetening. The label also indicates that persons sensitive to caffeine should be careful or avoid using this product. Labeling information was tough to spot at first, but nutritional and ingredient info is found UNDER the peel back label.In terms of efficacy, even after a few days of use (taking 2 mints a day as recommended) I did not notice that much of an improvement for me personally. I didn't get any jitters or energy rush from taking them. That being said, I am also taking other brain boosting supplements, so this might not be effective in my situation. Additionally, supplements like this have difference effects on folks because we are so bio-individual. Giving this 3 stars for the flavor, easily portable packaging, and composition of ingredients.

I was excited to try these, but I just couldn't get past the taste. They are intensely minty and there's an underlying, almost metallic, bitterness that I don't like. These mints are chalky and even the tiniest nibble contains a ton of flavor. I can only tolerate the taste by scraping a tiny bit off with my teeth. Unfortunately it would take all day to consume one mint like this. It's too bad I didn't like the flavor because the ingredients seem promising. I already take B6 and B12 (mood boosting and brain health), caffeine (via a daily espresso), and L-Theanine (I use this for relaxation, but it's said to improve focus). The packaging is simple and attractive, just a small black jar with an understated peel away label; however, if I didn't know what this was I'd expect it to be a CBD balm based on the packaging and the name "Lucid Lift".

These supplements may help some with the "brain fog" but the flavor is not great at all. They're like a strong breath mint trying to cover up the medicine taste, but not successfully. I also think they're rather expensive for only 30 mints, since the dosage is two mints up to four times a day.

My wife has been taking these as she has an aversion to taking energy drinks and supplements of that nature. Easy to take, and you're supposed to take two which was surprising considering the size. The taste is pretty strong for a mint, but she says she enjoys them. There's no real burst of energy, but there's a decent buzz in the head and there's more motivation throughout the day. In reality, if you're looking for an alternative instead of a replacement for energy drinks, this should be suitable.

I read a few of the other comments – intense taste, yes. Chalky, maybe… They are designed to “jolt” you and wake you up – they do that and I have found success with these. I like to eat one before the gym or a meeting where I need to be alert. I like them. Could they improve? sure - 4 stars

I'm mixed on this product. I like the effect of it for sure. But the taste is meh. Not awful, but not great. It starts out fine but the taste gets worse the longer it's in your mouth. (that's what she said) And it takes too long to dissolve.

..the idea, quality,methyl Bs, and that its caffeine and theanine..( this mellows jitters from caffeine, its why tea doesnt cause asMuch jitter as coffee).. Love that its made in🇺🇸 and thatIt's mint form..🤔 but its 100 theanine, 50 caffeine, and thats reverse of what i findIdeal.. Also a bit bitter..🐈🐈🐈
