Exactly What I Needed
Works great, small enough to carry, just enough room for my workouts, notes and even a few extra details!Paper is durable with very little ghosting from Sharpie writing felt tip pen and tombow light color to highlight!I use the month boxes in the front to highlight my workout days so I can get an overview of how many days a month Iβm making it to the gym.Happy itβs not dated so I can write in my own dates.Just exactly what I needed!

Great, Simple Workout Tracker!
This fitness planner was exactly what I was looking for! Something simple to track my exercises, sets, reps, and weight! I didnβt need much more than that! The first few pages are for items to track, personal info (if lost), etc, and the rest are the tracking pages you see in the pictures. I love the minimalistic format and is everything I needed for my fitness journey!

Keep Track of Reps, Weights, Progress
I work out 3-4 X a week at the gym. I wanted something to keep track of the progress on the treadmill, reps, weights, routines, etc. This journal is a handy size to write it all down and gradually track progress over time. Loop is handy to keep it on the right page and hold a pen. Minor quibble: I wish there were more blank pages at the end to describe different exercises, which would come in handy when working with a trainer to jog my memory when I go solo, but I'm not taking off points as that's just my two cents. All in all, a good tool to chart progress.

I bought this to have my workout in front of me and able to be tracked without constantly looking at my phone nbeen uber helpful.

Perfect for workouts
This book is great for both planning and recording my equipment workouts at the gym. Itβs motivating to be able to look back and see progress in reps and weights used. The cover is sturdy enough to survive the gym.

Well Laid Out/Ease of Use!
This is perfect for my needs! My only wish is it also had a water tracker on each page, but in the grand scheme it's no big deal. The spiral binding is nice so it lays flat. The size is just right, too.

Happy with mine
Plenty of sheets for to write on I work out 6 days a week and this allows me to copy what I want to do in my session if I have a gripe it is there is no place for a warm up or cool down I can only record 12 exercises on one page but that's only me otherwise I really enjoy working with it

Have I been sent a cheap/incorrect version?All I've got are the work out pages and notes pages. No tracker pages, no goal setting.Absolute disappointment! Unsure whether to return and re-order in the hopes of getting what I paid for?!

Really impressed by this book. Plenty of space to write up your workouts, plus there are pages in the back to write up notes if needed.

Not worth it
Very cheap - only 1 page of check ins and then the rest of the pages have exercise plans so good for trainers but not for personal use
