Easy application
Much better and easier to use as a roll on, particularly for around your back and shoulders.Relieves the pain quickly and has a better scent than others that I have tried in the past.Recommended.

Amazing stuff
I love this stuff, I even bought one s a gift. Great for Fibromyalgia and Myalgic Encephalomyelitis pains. It starts off warm then goes cold and the feeling of coolness overrides the pain sensation. It smells like Kenddal Mint Cake too haha

Roll vs cream
If you never used any, then you will probably like it. It's much more comfortable to use, but it's not that strong and lasts a shorter time, in my experience. I will keep continuing to use the cream version of it.

great for arthritus
I love this product. I have been using for ages. Bought these ones for my Mum who could hardly move due to pain. She is so happy with it and said it has really helped. Plus the smell is amazing.
