The one pot we had, just randomly broke off and shattered on the ground. We noticed the one rope was completely dry rotted, and the others were close behind.The second pot, I just recently transplanted a new plant too, and while doing so I noticed the ropes looked again like they were dry rotting. I tug on them, and sure enough one snapped. So, I cut the rest of them off and now it is simply sitting on a shelf.While they’re esthetically pleasing, they don’t seem to last. Stick with typical macrame hangers that go around the pot and not inside and exposed to the water and soil.

These hanging planters are AWESOME!! They are a really nice size, big enough to give my 4-inch plant some growing room but not too big to hang indoors. I put my variegated string of pearls (a very treasurer plant!) in mine and it's been perfect. The drainage hole lets me water and drain before hanging again, the hanging cord is thick and strong, and the pot itself is sturdy without being too heavy. And the three colors are so pretty! Strongly recommended, this set of planters is pretty much perfect!!

The pots are beautiful. My only issues with them were the gray appears more like a green color & the smaller pit had two small black specs. I don't mind either enough to return. I still think they are beautiful despite these issues.

Love these pots. Super cute and sturdy. People complained about rope, but instructions say don’t get wet - which makes sense since it will have the material breakdown. They have plastic plugs for drainage, but I keep my plants in the pot. The blue one I added foam at bottom to keep the 4” pot higher...the grey one shows a 4” pot all the way on. Would def recommend! Also came well packed!

My wife ordered these for a plant she wanted to get off of our counter (she's still looking for a succulent for the smaller planter). They are sturdy, well built, and best of all, they get the plant out of my way. She liked them because they fit with the mid-century modern home we've just moved into. Better yet, when one of them showed up without the drain plug, she contacted the company directly and they sent her one in the mail right away. She was so pleased with their service she ordered a different set of hanging planters as a gift for a friend.

The pots were well-packaged and arrived in perfect condition. Great craftsmanship and look to be very sturdy pieces. I love their shape and the clean simplicity of the design which would go well with any decor - not overly bohemian and not overly modern. We hung the larger one by our front entryway right above a vintage MCM gossip bench - the planter really pulled this area together (the smaller planter went in a corner of our bedroom.) I would definitely support this business again.

These pots look excellent and have a nice heavy feel. Be sure to keep soil below the knots or your rope will rot quickly. You can also use a separate internal pot to keep the ropes clean and dry. These pots look great in our living room and fit with our modern decor. I'm so happy to have a nice way to include some greenery in our decor.

I have only been using them for a few days but so far, I love the look of them and the quality seems great as well. We got them as expectected and they were packaged extremely well. No complaints at all!
