An excellent product cuts through bread dough cleanly making dividing portions an easy task. It's comfortable in you hand, just the right weight and size. A versatile utensil for the kitchen especially with a measuring scale on both sides, one side inches and the other centimetres. Great looking too.

Per gli appassionati di impasti , questo è il classico accessorio che non puó mancare.Ergonomico e facilissimo da usare.Si può tranquillamente lavare in lavastoviglie senza che si rovini.La lama non è affilata come un coltello da cucina, anche perché la funzione che ha non lo necessita.È fatta per tagliare impasti, e fa il suo lavoro molto bene.Ottima anche l’impugnatura bella robusta e “cicciotta” , si tiene in mano piacevolmente.Lo uso sia per tagliare impasti di ogni tipo sia per pulire la spianatoia di legno senza rovinarla.Comodo il riferimento numerico anche se avrei preferito fosse , come unità di misura , in centimetri e non in pollici.Detto questo , è un prodotto che mi sento di consigliare, do 5 stelle.Come sempre è arrivato nei tempi stabiliti da amazon senza alcun ritardo.

Dieser Edelstahl Teigschaber/Abstecher ist hervorragend zum arbeiten.Sehr stabil, gut zu reinigen und ganz wichtig für mich:er hat einmal eine Scala in cm und eine Scala in Inch.Er Liegt sehr gut in der Hand. Kann ich nur empfehlen !!!

Cette corne est plutôt large (>15cm), elle vient compléter une autre qui était justement trop étroite. Celle-ci est parfaite pour les viennoiseries comme elle est graduée sur les 2 côtés (en inch et en cm), du coup on peut facilement débiter en optimisant sa pâte sans avoir une règle à portée de main.Elle pourra peut-être paraître un peu lourde pour les petits poignets féminins, mais c'est aussi ce qui lui confère cette impression de qualité et de bonne prise en main. Pour moi elle est parfaite, je me demande juste si avec le temps et à force de lavages, les graduations ne vont pas disparaître, (pour cela, je ne la met pas au lave-vaisselle et je n'utilise pas le côté abrasif de l'éponge). On verra bien, en attendant elle est top et j'en suis très fier... ;)
