Security [DVD]

When I chose this dvd did not realise there were no subtitles, having watched it I was very frustrated at unable to hear due to my defness and the lack of subtitles has made this dvd useless. I will therefore only give this 2 stars, I cannot understand why all dvd's don't come with ENGLISH subtitles, after all 3/4 of the world population are deaf over the age of 40 and most of them speak ENGLISH anyway, I am sure the cost implication is not that great. I do not usually purchase dvd's with out sub titles. Film makers and Distributors should be more aware of this disservice caused to all of us DEAF PEOPLE .

The entire movie is fast paced enjoyable to watch so I rated it an A grade plus. Now the action and suspense is killing knowing the baddie Ben Kingsley is not going to give up. Marvellous acting by all, which has you not moving, too wrapped up in the story for anything else. A witness running for her life trusting no one and a man with a bad temper. trying to settle into a new job. Don't forget the popcorn and other munchies so you can try and relax to a fabulous night in with a full on entertainment that holds no bars. Enjoy!

If you really don't want or need to think this through, then you're in luck - the more so if you can also still breathe through your mouth! The protagonist is in it, simply because he needs a job- any job at all: whilst the chief villain -Ben Kingsley - is in it, simply because he must have needed a job at the time of casting? Hokum, but it did kill an hour & a half of my time, as well as a few acting careers along the way, methinks?

Really enjoyed this film, Antonio Banderas' performance was excellent and the entire movie is packed with loads of good action. Extra cheese action sequences are kept to a minimum (if there at all) and all action scenes and engagements are very well done and believable for the most part. I would recommend this film, no doubt.

five againgst overwhelming odds survive the machine guns , grenades using a bow , some crackers ( fireworks ) a toy cartwo attacking SUV'sbut then the movies would not have kept us smiling for nearly two hours ...it should have been over in five minutes if real ...and even when the supervisor takes on machine gunners with a pistol ends up getting multiple bullet wounds he survives while all around him are dead ....hmmm

A spectacular, gripping, thrilling film, full of twists and turns, edge of your seat stuff. I love films that leave me exhausted at the end and this film was one of them. Would definitely recommend it.

A very enjoyable film that was let down by its script, though to be fair, I would watch it again.Antonio Banderas gave a very good performance - it seems the older he gets, the better he gets.The film, although predictable in many places still held a few surprises and there was a fair amount of action.Well worth viewing - 4 stars!

Not bad. Hadn't heard of it and like Antonio Banderas, so thought i'd give it a look. I was pleasantly surprised and didn't think of it as an hour wasted, as you can do after watching some films.
