Perfect fit
Did the job. My toddler loves to loose my bath plugs so to buy cheap spares is a blessing. They fit perfectly. No water passes the plug. But disappointed it didn’t come with a chain. Easy to use. Will no doubt be ordering again

Seems OK, time will tell
OK, with this sort of product, you either go cheap, or you go premium, there is no apparent middle ground.These are cheap and came quickly. The weak point is probably going to be corrosion on the metal staple that attaches it to the bath chain - which is where the previous one failed. With pliers, it bends reasonably easily to allow attaching to the chain.The plug is quite hard plastic compared to softer synthetic rubber, so fit is import. These fitted my bath and do not seem to leak.

It be a plug it be
In my search for a suitable replacement plug for my kitchen sink I found that the published plug dimensions are not universal. My kitchen sink plug proudly has 11/2" printed on the underside so I assumed a 11/2" product would fit. But No, apparently displayed dimensions are for the top of the plug not the underside. So thought I would try this one as a pack of 2 was so cheap.Fortunately, the 13/4" refers to the top surface of the plug and not the bottom dimensions so it fits. Not as snuggly as my original plug but enough to prevent water loss. The only problem I now have is it is a little devil to remove once you've finished washing up as our sink plug never had a chain and there is nowhere to secure one. I think I've finally developed the right press and flick technique to break the seal on the plughole and can't wait until hubby tries it (the swearing may well be legendary).Even better the second plug fits my 1950s bathtub so when that plug fails (its already got a couple of chunks missing out of the bottom that aren't affecting it's water tightness) I have a spare already in place.Delivery was super-speedy, said it would be the 4th - 6th April and it arrived on the 1st.

Poor chain connection quality
Plug fits which was the main thing as this was our 3rd attempt! However as others have mentioned the chain fittings break very quickly and we now have to skewer our plug to remove it from the bath. I'm not sure how much longer that approach can last before it falls apart entirely but at least it was cheap!
