These Feetology Heel Grips are fantastic. By far better than some others I have bought. They stick exceptionally well and have managed to patch a small hole in the heel area of my shoe. I have used these heel grips in more than 1 pair of shoes and have been able to re-use them again and they are still very comfortable.The free spiky massage ball which I got included in this Feetology set is a great added bonus. As I'm on my feet a lot during the day this has helped break up the scarring which was causing my Plantar Fasciitis! Though I recommend wearing a sock when using it if you have ticklish feet. I have also recently started using the spiky massage ball for back massages and found it so relaxing.All in all I'm highly impressed. 5 STARS!

Much needed relief!!
I've been suffering from plantar faciitis for a few years and have tried everything. Recently it flared up again and I thought I'd give these a try especially as it's great value for your money with the inclusion of the massage ball.So far I've been impressed...they cushioned liners are well made and fit well. The ball is great and provides a good massage although I would say it's not for overly sensitive people as it is quite hard, but i personally prefer it that way. I'm happy with the product.
