Good but fiddly
Purchased for hubby's knee pain. They do work but the boiling business is fiddly and annoying every time they are used and takes a little practice to get them ready for next use.

One of the metal disks has snapped from flexing on first use. So cannot use it again. Stays hot only for 25-35 minutes at a time
