Good for travel for kids
I like that each page has it's own tear off paint strip. There are a couple extra in the back of the booklet. I do wish there were more color options. It is the same palette through the book. It comes with one paint brush that is small enough for most of the detail work. I like that you can store it back inside the book. The quality of the paper and the brush are elementary school quality. It would be great for travel since all you need is a little water.

Good travel activity for kids
I like that the paint pallet is on the same page as the book mark to be painted. The colors are all the same for every painting though. There’s many ones where the lines are so small that you’ll end up just painting over with one color. There’s a tiny paint brush in the middle of the very thick backing. It would be better if a small water brush was given. That would make it very portable. I looked at the other book options and there’s a very similar color palette so that might make it boring to people.

Not enough colors
I think I saw this on Facebook, or at least it was something similar, and I thought it was a pretty neat idea. I'm new to painting with watercolors and thought this might be fun, and it is . . .but it's meant for kids, ages 3+. The pad is narrow and contains a line-drawn picture, much like a coloring book. The pallet includes six basic colors on a perforated strip attached to the drawing. The watercolor has good intensity, but doesn't mix well. Therefore, there are too few colors in my estimation. But it probably wouldn't matter much to a youngin'. These would make good stocking stuffers this holiday season.

Great relaxing when you don't have much time
This book is absolutely adorable. It is a bunch of bookmark-sided pictures that are just the right size for spending a short amount of time on and having a satisfying relaxing experience. There is a small brush included in the back of the book, as well as two pages that provide 4 extra paint pallets. There is one page that has fairy wings that can be cut out (and maybe attached to a pencil or pen?), while the rest are full art pictures each with their own paint pallet.I was hoping for different colored pallets for different pages, but the paint pallets are always the same colors. It still has enough variety to make it work, especially since it's pretty easy to vary the shades as you're painting. This is wonderfully portable and can be used at a desk or in a comfy chair. With the only extra item being some water, and maybe a paper towel or napkin, it really is a take-anywhere activity.

Reminds me of childhood
I have seen these all over Instagram and had been curious. I decided to try one out. I chose Enchanted Garden. It reminds me of those paint books from my childhood with the paint printed right into the page. These are similar. You get 20 bookmarks to paint with the watercolor. The watercolor is the same 6 colors on every bookmark. They are perforated to tear apart. There is a small paintbrush in the back, as well as a couple of extra sheets of paint. It’s a very neat concept, but with only 6 colors to use it gets a little repetitive. I would have preferred more colors, or at least to rotate through different colors. You can’t mix these colors and get anything drastically different than they give you. The designs are tiny and detailed on most of the bookmarks, so don’t gift to someone who doesn’t have patience. Good idea, but again, I would prefer some more colors so it wouldn’t be so redundant.

What a Great Idea!
This is a lovely little book of paintable bookmarks. I got this to give to my team (we're childrens librarians, so crafts (for some of us) and bookmarks are a perfect combo! I also think this would be great for a girlfriend craft night. I think the limited palette will be great for newbies, people scared of crafts, and/or people drinking wine with friends! No pressure here. I think these are something great to share--the designs are a little repetitive, so if you were painting all of them, it might get a little boring. There are 20 designs to paint, with the paint right next to the picture on a tear-off panel, plus two extra cards of paint squares. This will make a unique little addition to a little gift for co-workers!

So cute and handy
I love this bookmark booklet. They are so handy and convenient. It comes with a brush, and there are watercolors on each page of the booklet. I wish there were some browns in the selections of colors. There are also some extra pages with only watercolor on them in case you run out. The pictures are very cute and the paper thick. The colors are not the greatest quality but are great for kids.

very cute and neat idea
YOu get a pad and a paintbrush, and you will only need some water to complete the pictures. Each page has the image to color, and color palette. You wet your brush, pick up the pain from the palette and color. The paper is quite thick, but it is not a proper textured thick watercolor paper. It feels like regular cardstock. The brush is tiny but decent. it is hidden under the pad inside of the pad's thick backing. I wish it was a little longer, longer would totally fit in there. Then there is an extra page of colors if you need more. But you only get six different colors, the same six on every page. it is definitely not up to an experienced professional's standards. But it is still very good for beginners and for kids, as it is all self contained and can be used anywhere. No need to get out supplies and set up work space, kitchen table's corner and a cup of water is all you need to make a pretty project. After finishing, you can tear away the page and the palette and have yourself a pretty bookmark to use.
