Excellent
Chewable, easily break in half to control dosage dependent on amount of lactose being ingested, convenient packaging and strongest dose I've seen, also making the price relatively low in comparison to others. They are also gluten and fructose free so perfect for mixed intolerances unlike a well known high street health food brand. I have found these more effective than other brands with lower doses of lactase enzyme and they also come in a very convenient small tin.

Waste of money
I suffer from lactose intolerance which causes flatulence and after reading all the reviews I thought that these tablets would help this problem. Instead they exacerbated the problem causing me to break wind virtually every few minutes making me feel very anti-social and embarrassed.! Since stopping taking these tablets my flatulence is back to a manageable level. Buying this product was an extremely expensive mistake. I don’t recommend them to anyone who has a gut bacterial growth!

Feel more comfortable
I purchased these tablets wondering if they would make any difference. They are expensive. After years of going back and forth to the Doctors & Hospital , after changing diets removing gluten and dairy, loosing weight, I felt there was nothing to loose by giving these tablets a try. Both my daughter and husband have felt relief when they have taken these tablets. Not been to the Doctors since using the tablets but will ask for their opinion on how useful the tablets are in their opinion.

I can eat ice cream again!
I love the tins, I keep one in my bag and one at home so I've always got one on me if I decide to have some dairy. They have worked really well, I've found taking them a few minutes before consuming any dairy is the most effective for me. The only thing I disliked is that you get a lot of packaging with the tins, it's all very nice and professional but i just put it straight in the recycling.

Good but too expensive for many.
I have bought lacto joy a couple of times before. They are better than any other I have tried. These work.The only real problem I have is, the price. I would buy them more frequently, but as I am on a very low income, I can't.

Yes, they're a little pricey but it means my wife can eat cheese without problems again. Worth every penny.

Expiry date!
Not tried it as yet and don’t want to be taking it frequently but the expiry is not great, just received it today and the expiry is 05/19
