Bought this in order to be able to sit and watch TV in bed without getting a creak in my neck. For this purpose it was great. However to say that its rock hard is an understatement. It was so painful only someone who enjoys sleeping on a concrete floor could ever find it comfortable. The only way I could use it was to pile a load of cushions and pillows on it until it looked like a 5 year olds pillow fort. So after trying to get on with it for 2 nights I gave up with it and haven't used it since. Should have returned it but instead I'm stuck with a big triangle shaped brick that is no use to me whatsoever.

I have to say this 100% works if you have GURD or suffer with acid reflux. It does take a bit of getting used to as it is quite hard. The best thing to do is to start off by lying on your back for a few hours. This in itself is a bit uncomfortable. If so try lying on your back for about an hour. Then gradually increase the time you lie on it. Also use a small pillow to support your neck as it is hard. The price is great £15.00. It arrived really quickly as well, the next day in fact.

I do like this pillow, the angles are just right, although I still need a small pillow for my neck - however, I agree with another reviewer, it is quite hard and has no 'give' at all. My husband hated it because of this.
