Absolutely love my rug, quick delivery, looks fab, great value for money, so soft and such good quality.However the reason why I have put 4 stars is that I was not expecting delivery to be so fast and I was away the weekend it came, my item was thrown over my 6ft garden wall and landed Inbetween the wall and my shed. So when I came home I couldn't get through my back gate as it was blocked by the item. The packaging was also ripped revealing the rug, luckily it didn't tear or snag. Other than that I love it

Decent, nothing too good nor bad, not as fluffy as I hope but still comfy enough
Buying rugs online is a bit of a hit and miss because you never know how it really is until you receive it. I was expecting very soft and fluffy rug but it's not as fluffy as I hope it would be. However, it's still a decent rug and I have been lounging on it a lot regardless. It's size nicely fits the empty floor in my bedroom and one day, I really might just sleep on it instead of the bed, just to test it out.

Good value for money
Big shaggy rug. Arrived well packaged and rolled so I unpacked and rolled it the opposite way and left for a couple of hours. Laid it out - no wrinkles - nice and flat. Lovely shade of charcoal grey and very deeply tufted. Vacuums easily with either a power machine or a cordless. Bought for inside of the patio doors for when the dogs come in with wet feet. Perfect. They think it is a great big new bed for them and they both cosy together on it. Fantastic value for money - not quite as soft as you would expect but that is probably for the best. It certainly does what we wanted it to do and the animals love it.

Amazing thick, great quality rug.
Looks amazing in my new pink & grey kitchen. It’s very thick & warm & doesn’t shed its fibres. I tend to spend a lot of time at my kitchen table including hobbies so this rug helps keep my feet warm especially as I have athritis. I don’t need to hoover it very often as I live alone but when I do it’s quite simple.. it doesn’t slip around due to its hessian backing which I believe shows quality.What an amazing rug at an amazing price. I’m hoping to buy another for my living room.

Looks really nice
Didn't give 5 star as move's around on carpet so if put on hard floor you will need to stick down with something. It does molt as well but not enough to see any patches. Great value compared to others

The rug is great and you won’t get anything better for this price only down side is that the rug does not have anti slip bottom so unless you somehow fix it to the wooden floor it will slide everywhere

Really happy.
Only gave it 4stars because it's not as thick as it looks on the picture. However. It's soft to walk on. It looks nice. The colour is the exact same on the picture.
