I like the ingredients contained, good quality, smooth and smell nice.

I have very thick, high porosity W. African hair. We've had constant rain, and the battle against the tangles has been real. This product has a fantastic slip. I use it both neat when washing my hair, and diluted into a metal Superdrug spray bottle as a daily detangler and styling aid. The only conditioner I have ever found with better slip is Yes! to Blueberries but for some reason that has become very hard to get ahold of everywhere of late. Shea Moisture is Curly girl method compatible.

I actually really liked this it smelt nice foams up nice washes hair without drying it out. I have straight wavy ish hair so not the exact demographic for the product but I liked it. However when I bought it did come leaking so the entire box and everything in it was sticky and smelt like shampoo.

Hair is shiny and soft and did not cause my scalp to flare up like many other shampoos!

Nice scent and does not have sulfates, which is great. However, did not work well for fine hair, as it somewhat left the hair greasy, even after a couple of washes. Might work for more curly hair as written in the description.

I don’t know whether this is just a fake seller or whether shea moisture have changed their formula, but I have used this shampoo for almost three years now, it was perfect for my wave type and would last me months, if not the year, at a time. But my last purchase from here is much more watery, it doesn’t lather up the same in my hair and it doesn’t work the same way it used to either, it is like an entirely different product. I’m completely put off. All curly/wavy hair people will know the bane of searching for the right products to suit your hair. I’ll be checking it out in store for my next purchase and if it has indeed changed formula, I’ll be so disappointed to have to start a new search for the right product. It may work for your hair type, as we’re all different, but it’s no good anymore for mine. At least not from Amazon.

This was very hard to find for some reason. But glad I found it here...wasn't sure if it was the same product as as I said it has been very hard to find in stores since covid. Many of my favorite products have somehow disappeared. But let's get to the review on this one. It arrived in good condition, the bottle appears to be the same as the original and the product smells pretty much like I remembered, same with the texture and hand feel. My hair felt soft and manageable so for now, I will say that I think it is as good as I remembered. Will use it a bit longer and see, but so far I am saying it's a keeper.

Amo questo brand e lo uso da anni. Ho i capelli estremamente secchi e spenti ed è l'unico che mi ha letteralmente cambiato lo stato dei miei capelli e riesce ad idratarlo e dargli lucentezza. Ho provato questo balsamo dalle mille proprietà ma invece che "curare" ha reso i miei capelli secchi, squamati e pesanti, tant'è che dopo uno shampoo vorrei subito rilavarli essendo che mi provoca un prurito immane. Non so se mai dovesse funzionare si capelli normali ma su una cute secca e delicata è altamente sconsigliato.

He probado otros acondicionadores de la marca y como este, ninguno hasta el momento, no conseguí con otros el efecto desenredante que pretendía. Desenreda muy bien el pelo, yo tengo un rizo 3c y nada más aplicarlo en el pelo ya se nota la suavidad y la nutrición que aporta. A parte de todo, huele super bien.
