so ordered 8 different flanges to see what I liked the best and these were by far the best. The soft edges are so much more comfortable than hard plastic. they have also held up great, and are easy to clean.

These pretty much work like any other flange. I purchased them because I was sick of using flange inserts and having yet another part to clean. I’m a first time mom and am typically with my child alone all day, so having fewer parts to clean makes my life easier. These are comfortable and what I love is that the “neck” is a bit longer so you can see if milk is coming out in real time. They’re also clear instead of a foggy sort of plastic. I would buy these again, however I don’t expect to need to anytime soon because they are made of a thick plastic

It has a good seal but it all depends on your breast size

I love these flanges for how they fit but more importantly that I have 3 different pump brands and they work well with each one! I have 8 of these flanges and I would not buy another brand if I had to replace any of them!

This is a simple product that works as designed. Very happy with it

Pros: Good quality and true to size, BUT these are the first circular flanges I am using and it is difficult to get the suction right and my nipple to go into the tunnel. Maybe my boobs are just shaped weird, but for at least the first half of my pump session the suction is poor because it will suck my nipple into the tunnel, but then on release it falls out and gets milk along all the parts of my breast within the flange. My 15mm insert works great for one breast, but when I use the 15mm flange from here, the problem described above occurs. Pretty frustrating as the flange ends up sliding all around my breast. On the bright side, they do fit my Medela Symphony perfectly.

Before I found these, I mostly wanted to give up pumping. I have incredibly large broad breasts with semi-flat and highly elastic nipples. These are comfortable and fit properly.

True to size and works well with medela pumps. Worth it for the price and helps get more milk while pumping from having the proper flange size.

My sizing changed and I had to go down a flange size. I had previously tried the classic style flange from maymom and just found it uncomfortable and it would intermittently pinch my breast against the edge of the flange. I also used the dome style flanges for a while and those were better than the classic but they did occasionally pinch as well. These are far more comfortable overall and zero pinching! I found them largely effective while pumping and extremely comfortable. I could almost forget I was pumping. Highly recommend if this style is available in you're required size!

No leaks, fit in medella and no pain

I needed smaller attachments than what Medela could provide. I was worried that they wouldn’t be compatible but they are!

Great quality. Have used, washed and sterilized these many times and they have held up in perfect condition. 100% recommend. Was recommended to me by a friend who is a lactation consultant.

I had the same size but with a smaller cone and a silicone ring around, and as soon as I switched to this flange my output greatly increased. I feel like this one hugs my breast better and makes such a better seal! With my other flange I would often lose succion when I massaged my breast, but this one doesn't do that. I believe the Crater flanges might be better suited for my breast shape, which is round. Very happy!
