Good cheap bag
It's not a bag you flash around, it's just reasobaly solid and has good fasteners. I use it all the time as it doesn't attract attention like my posh leather one does. Holds books, pens, phone etc; but I wouldn't put a laptop in there unless I had extra padding. Reasonably waterproof.

Useful size; reasonable quality for the price.
It's more generally useful with the zip expansion, than a very flat messenger bag. For this sort of size, look for the phrase school as well as messenger in the description. I've been using it to take medical records to appointments - being old and decrepit. Works well for this, and you can put a little shopping into it on the way home.

Good value, trendy and roomy, will hold 3 A4 ring folders, several text books and lunch box
This is the second I have bought for my son who uses it in 6th form. The strap broke on the first after 5 months but he does walk 2 miles to school and carries a lot of heavy files. I was able to repair the strap for a while and that did not put me off buying same as replacement, its roomy, trendy and smart. Replacement will get him to end of school year and would buy again

it was good while it lasted, practical. bit awkward looking and bulky. Good strap length but the clips started fraying and eventually broke on like 5th use. (5th school day). keep in mind I only carry about 3 a4 books and a pencil case. 🤷♀️

bad customer service and even worst quality bag.
I bought 2 of these bags for my grandsons for the new school term. I bought them early July and put them away. Yesterday we opened them and one of the grandsons wrote his name on the front, he then went to get his pencil case to put into the bag. I opened the bag and both of the plastic clips broke off. I have emailed this company and have been told because I did not let them know within the 30 days they will do nothing for me. I have just read through the reviews and this seemed to be a regular complaint about the plastic clips.What has happened to customer service this obviously does not exist with this company. Fortunately I was able to purchase another bag for him for school today. I will not be using this company again and will not recommend them to anyone.

Great bag!
Great bag! Has 3 main pockets and other smaller pockets for pens. The main compartment is expandable. Holds a lot of stuff. Is a great bag.

Does not expand
This bag does not expand, which was the main reason to buy it. The size is decent. The quality is poor. Value for money only if it expanded as described otherwise not good enough to buy for its quality alone.
