I ordered the wrong size and owing to the low cost they cannot be returned.
The delivery was very fast, and the product is as ordered so can't complain at all and the return policy is clear.

Can't return!
My mistake ordering wrong size (although my mokapot only makes one cup!). These are VERY small so I didn't even open the packet and set about returning, but I can't. Amazon says "not eligible for return." I have no idea why! Feel a bit conned - especially there's no in the description to say no returns accepted!If you're ordering, be careful that you have the right size! !Ps - if I can return these I'll happily adjust my review.

original replacement gasket - perfect
Had to wait a few days to arrive as was not in stock but well worth the wait. Had contemplated getting a cheaper non original replacement gaskets but it is always better to get the Bialetti originals. Fit perfect and with two spares, good value for money.

Good value item - poor value postage.
The gaskets and plate mean that the Bialetti coffee maker never becomes obsolete. I hate the modern trend for throwing things away when they need repairing.I did not like the ridiculous cost of postage (£4.95) for a small item that could easily have fitted in an ordinary size envelope. Luckily I bought other items from Amazon which brought the value to over £20 and so postage was free. Thank you Amazon !
