Perfect for home use
This laptop was a purchase for home use only after I retired. It’s very functional and easy to use. Fits great in the docking station and use it like a pc.

Hp laptop poor performance
Laptop touchscreen quit working. I contacted HP and went through troubleshooting with 3 different people with no results, so had to send the laptop into HP for repairs. after nearly 3 weeks, I still had not heard back from HP on status. When I contacted them they said the touchscreen couldn’t be repaired and they could return to me as is if I wanted. They would not honor the warranty and replace the machine, saying it was accidental damage which is not covered by the warranty. This was not accidental damage, the product failed! They did offer to connect me with a sales rep, I will not be getting another HP product!

Perfect!
Very happy with my purchase. It took longer to get out of the box than it did to set up. Everything works fine - printer, scanner, sd card slot, etc. Could not be happier.

Good product misleading battery life.
I recently purchased this as a hobbyist programmer to develop applications that my older laptop would struggle with. I've tested this laptop with several graphically intensive games and it runs them perfectly at least on medium graphics. The battery life is miss leading, it will hold a charge for 11 hours probably running the screen brightness turned down and scrolling the internet. When playing a game on it only expect 4 hours tops.

Extremely happy with this purchase.
The only drawback is that the contrast of print on keyboard could be greater. Letters are hard to see at times.
