Works with Acer H7550BD
This review is of the PB06XL which is the white one with the long, adjustable arm. This is a really strong mount. It seems over-engineered for the purpose. If drilling into a brick wall, which is what I did, you will need an 8mm masonry drill bit. The wall plugs that come with this are adequate if you get it right the first time, but I didn't, so I used my own plugs afterwards which I did find a bit more secure. I ended up using two of the provided screws, which are good quality screws that you need to use a hex socket or spanner to screw in, and that was a really sturdy mounting arrangement. The specification says that this bracket will bear a weight of up to something like 13kg I think. Any modern projector is likely to be considerably lighter than that; I purchased mine in 2016, it is now obsolete, and its weight is about 3.5kg.I think the instructions could have been a bit better. I thought a slight downward slant on the arm with the bracket mounted high would work at first, but when you attach the projector, the arm slowly sinks. It took me a little while to realise that there is a bolt that you set to stop this from happening, but the arm can only have an upward slant, and I had to mount the bracket the other way up and drill two new holes. No bother as I got there in the end, and I can make good the other two holes I drilled. The part that mounts to the projector is extremely flexible. I took a chance with this purchase, as the three screw-holes on my projector are slightly closer than the specified minimum clearance. There is plenty of flexibility within the mount to accommodate this. I did end up with the weight of the projector slightly off-centre, but the mount was strong enough to handle that without any issues. You can lock most of the adjustments when you've found the right place for the projector, but I couldn't find a way to stop rotation through a vertical axis. It is therefore necessary to hold the projector in place when attaching and removing cables, and there is a chance that you can move it out of position. However, as it is only one degree of freedom, it is easily put right if you do this.I am pleased with the purchase. It does the job and it looks good.

Really decent projector mount without breaking the bank
I used this projector mount with my benq tk700sti and it exceeded my expectations for its price it's beyond worth its value. Feels very sturdy and well built. Only slight niggle for me was the fact there isn't any left/right adjustment. Take care and make sure you get the placement just correct and all works perfectly. The adjustment would've happily moved me to a 5 star without a doubt. Great mount at a great price. Very unlikely you'll find better.

Brilliant
I feel as though the instructions could have had better detail, however, the product itself is amazing and sturdy. We even ran the cables through the poll and its just great. I'm using the Optoma HDX145 projector.

Not prettiest but very good
Easy install, leg does strain a little hence 4 stars but otherwise for what it costs an excellent product. Just buy it.

Not suitable for custom angle mount (90° or straight down only)
PB06XL is suitable for Epson TW7100. You have to use the extension arms. Using 3 arms you can centre the mount. To get a 100" picture I had to mount this so the project is further back, the mount being screwed to a wooden beam, because of this, the protector had to be lowered, so the arm is not horizontal, what I discovered is that it's almost impossible.I am really disappointed I couldn't mount the arm at a 45° angle, like I hoped. I tightened the screws so tight, the plastic between the mount and the arm was squeezed, the protector didn't stay in place.I don't know why they used plastic there...I ended up turning the arm "upside down" so the screw that is on one side of it stops the mount from being lowered. Now it's at an approx angle of 15°.It is a pain to adjust the projector. Way too many screws. You probably need an A frame ladder and at least an hour to adjust the picture.

Good universal mount
The projector mount is good but the extension mechanism in my case was not working. Would have returned it for new one but since I had already fixed it, didn't bother to return. The product information page is good. It is also missing plaster board screws for fixing.

Puts more expensive mounts to shame, strong, well made and easy to use.
For the price I wasn't expecting it to be amazing, I would have been happy with OK.But what I recieved I would have paid 3x as much for.It is built incredibly strong, comes with so many options and really is a lot of bang for the buck.I was able to set my projector up (acer 168x) in under 20 mins and get it tuned in perfectly. It's not a subtle unit, and definitely on the industrial side but that's good for me and my studio look.I thoroughly recommend this very well made and thought out projector mount.

Duronic PB06XL projector ceiling mount
I looked at several products like this, but it was the comment I read about the quality and the large and varied extras I would need to fit any projector and the sale price at the time of my purchase. I have purchased am Epson TW5350 projector which has only a three bolt fixing, appropriate size bolts and spacers were in the pack, it took a bit of fiddling but I would recommend trying to hang your projector from as near it's centre of gravity as possible. As per the other review this is a quality piece of equipment and I am very happy with it. If I had a suggestion for improving it I would suggest some form of cable management, when I saw it online I thought the cables would go through the tube, but unfortunately the connectors don't, so I need to finish the installation by tidying up the cables. So I am very happy to recommend this to anyone who has a similar or even significantly larger projector.
