Good value
Can't get too excited about a tap.Surprised how solid the tap feels given the price. Very happy with the purchase.

Excellent service - arrived on time with Amazon Prime
Excellent service - arrived on time with Amazon Prime. Product comes with all the fittings (although I needed some modifications to my existing pipework). The appearance is generally good, but the reason for not awarding five stars is that the tap handles are slightly out of alignment both vertically and horizontally. This is not a great issue but perhaps I was expecting perfection, and possibly I may have received a set which is not quite up to standard, suggesting that quality control might need to be tightened up. All of that said, the taps are excellent value for money and I would recommend them despite my small criticism.

easy to operate
Plus - proving to be a functional tap, easy to operate.Minus - the flexible connectors did not match Speedfit and I had to buy a new set of flexible connectors for Β£10; fitting is fiddly, although this is more to do with the situation than the product. The instructions could be better, for example the setting of the washers was not obvious.

A quality product and easy to install.
This item replaced a tap unit that had the connecting pipes too tightly screwed into it so damaging the seals. In turn, it had obviously leaked for a long time, judging by the amount of corrosion at its base and saturating the back of the cupboard under the sink, and was one of many things done incorrectly by previous owners of this old property. The 'pig tail' pipes or hoses MUST always be pinch tight ONLY, not done up with a spanner or socket when fitting to the tap base. The retaining nut is recessed so a box spanner is almost essential. This tap unit has a higher spout than the last one so filling a kettle is much easier. The Victorian style levers compliment this period property and don't get in the way when washing up. The supplied hoses have a reasonable sized bore so there is no flow restriction, a definate plus point. Overall, I am delighted with the tap, was very reasonably priced (can pay much much more) and highly recommend it.

Not built to last
Nice looking tap, Iβve had it fitted for about a month or two, the cold tap is starting to show wear already - for the money itβs nice looking. I think it will need replacing again tho within the year.

Tap connector pipes did not fit to the adapters already available from my old sink. This may have been an issue isolated to my kitchen plumbing though. Otherwise lovely looking tap that works well

Arrived in good time but as I haven't managed to get it fitted yet, I can't give a detailed assessment. However, it looks good and feels well made so I've every reason to suppose it will be fine.
