Wonderfully helpful for back pain
I am reviewing “MiGGMM Red Light Therapy Belt,Near Infrared 850nm and Deep 660nm Combination Light Therapy with15/30/45/60Minutes Timing and 5-Level Light Thermal Function Adjustment for Blood Circulation,Pain Relief”. I have found this red light therapy belt to be so helpful for my back pain. I’ve had back pain for the past several years and I’ve been to so many different doctors, specialists, physical therapists, chiropractors, and I’ve done yoga, stretching, and TENS, had numbing injections, pain meds, etc for debilitating pain in my lower back.Red light therapy actually has helped me and this belt is so convenient. I love that I can put in on over a lightweight t-shirt, then put another shirt or sweater over the top and go about my activities. The belt can be on a timer of 15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes, or you can just turn it on and it stays on until you turn it off of your battery runs out. I use an Anker battery I already had that I use for travel to keep my iPhone charged. I can use the MiGGMM Red Light Therapy Belt for 2 hours and it only uses up ¼ of my battery charge. My back feels better, and I just feel so much more comfortable when I use this, and the pain relief lasts throughout the day (as long as I don’t do something to aggravate my back like trying to lift something). I also use this across my shoulders and the back of my neck. It’s very soothing. I am a small woman (xs or size 2) and this hook and loop style belt has lots of extra overlap and the maximum circumference is about 48". It also comes with a wall plug so you don't have to use a battery. Obviously, I can't walk around with it plugged into the wall, so I prefer using a battery, but if you wanted to sit and watch TV or read a book, you'd be good.I really like how there are 5 different levels of light intensity, so I can pick the most comfortable level for the area being treated. For more sensitive skin, you can also enable the flashing mode to keep the lights from feeling too warm. I highly recommend that you try this is you have back pain.

Works well. Comfortable. No extension. High price.
Pros:Large belt, but no extension.I have a thicker body (size 14) so I was a bit concerned that this would not fit. It does fit but barely. The belt fits around my (wide) thighs, my shoulders, and my abdomen but I think I'd rather lay it over me instead of wrapping it around.Comfortable. Fits comfortably. Does not get hot, just a little warm, it does not burn or cause any irritations (on my skin).Easy to use. The control is easy to use. It has a power button to turn off/on and for flashing lights, a timer button (which the selected time lights up), and a +/- to increase or decrease the light intensity. Can be cordless when connected to a power bank. Has a power bank pocket.Cons:It is unclear when it's at 660NM or 850NM. I guess when it's the brightest it's at 660nm since it's using 252 lights, but again I am not sure.No extension.Price. I do think it's a bit high in price (118.99 current price) compared to other red light therapy belts that are well under $100.No bag. I would have liked a bag or something thing to place everything together and not have to keep it in the box. A bag would come in handy for travel or gym/workout.Overall, I really like this light therapy belt. I have only used it a couple of times so I am hoping to feel/get some positive results.

No meaningful instructions
Red light therapy is getting a lot of publicity lately and I was curious to try it. I was disappointed this belt didn’t come with specific and meaningful instructions on how to use it. It has technical specifications, but that means nothing to me. I want to know how to use it to get the benefits it claims it offers. The pamphlet says “Choose the desired exposure time 15 mins, 30min, 45min or 60min. Repeat on other areas if desired”. How are you supposed to know the desired exposure time? To achieve what results - promote circulation, improve skin tone, reduce inflammation, speed wound healing, increase hair growth on scalp? The benefits seem endless, but how do you achieve them?Regardless, I gave it a try. I used it on my abdomen and gradually worked my way up the light settings and got up to 30 mins on the strongest light setting, then I had some unfavorable results. The session felt fine, it was warm not uncomfortable, but when I was done I was covered with dark tanned squares all over my stomach. They did fade, but It took a few weeks. Needless to say I have’t tried it since so I don’t know if there are any benefits to using it. I hadn’t noticed any up until I stopped.I would not recommend to others with no knowledge or experience with this type of product like me.

Versatile Belt but could use one little improvement
You can power this belt in 2 different ways. You can either power it by plugging it directly into the wall or you can use the USB A to plug it into a computer, laptop, or even a power bank to make it portable. I like the idea that it comes with the USB cable but would also be nice if it was rechargeable to make it completely wireless. One thing that I have noticed in a lot of other belts, that this one does not have, is a protective barrier between the lights and your skin to make it easy to clean. With this belt, there is nothing between the lights and your skin, so it makes it hard to clean if you sweat or have oils on your skin. I just make sure to wear some clothing in between to ensure no oils get on the lights from my skin. The velcro is strong and the material is soft, which makes it comfortable to wear. It seems to be well constructed aside from the covering over the lights that I mentioned above.

GREAT FOR HEALING
I wouldn't buy this one again. First of all, the wire used for the plug-in cords is too thin and within a short time, the control cord stopped working right at the part that plugs into the belt. The wire inside probably broke. The company is sending me a replacement. In the meantime, I plugged the secondary cord right into the belt and today, it stopped working. Cheaply made. If you can find a better quality one though, the light therapy really helps.

Worked well until it stopped working
I really appreciated using this at night and found it helpful for pain and insomnia. However I also bought an extended warranty because I was concerned that the wiring would not be reliable and it went bad after only a few months of fairly gentle use. Not recommended.
