I started taking these recently after having knee surgery during the summer. No side effects and my knees are slowly improving, so I will keep taking them.

The product arrived promptly, I have been taken the recommended dose but I would be unable to tell yet if my body has made any changes. My intention was to continue taking fir 3 mths and then have a retest.

Seem to be as advertised How would I know whether they work? I take them with Lysine and vitamin C to help collagen production.

So far so good . Did not notice any effects yet but i guess it will be in a year.
