I had a really bad flame up of Rheumatoid arthritis around 8 weeks, extremely painful and I could hardly walk. Two years ago I took Gopo to ease the pain which worked but was very expensive. As Rosehip is a natural anti-inflammatory I thought I would try this product. I have been taking it for 3 weeks, 3 tablets a day with 5mg of steroids (I was taking 25mg steroids in the first two weeks and slowly reduced) and I feel great. I can get out of bed in the morning and walk straight away. Sometimes with a small ache which only lasts afew minutes until my legs have warmed up or no pain at all. its amazing! I can do my high energy work outs again, 5 times a week with no pain.
