This is one of my favourite toys in the kitchen. especially if you do a lot of pasta and risotto and need to grade tour cheese. Also perfect for zesting.

One of the best, sharpest and easy to clean graters/micro planes inhave ever owned or even used.Cheeses such as parmesan just glide through this, it even does garlic, ginger etc.Due to the well cut teeth, cleaning it is easy too.Lovely walnut handle, just use some food grade mineral oil every now and then to keep it looking fresh.

Came this morning early doors and well packaged, out the box it's very handsome and you can feel its a quality item, I've used microplane before as a chef years ago and after hyping it in my head for over a year it still not only met but exceeded a very soft cheese grated effortlessly a regular cheddar easily a hard cheese effortlessly and very easy to clean. Early review but already blown away! As for anyone worried about the handle I'm used to wood and its what attracted me to this grater just use a food grade mineral oil on it when you get it and wash right after use rince off and then wipe the handle dry and you'll never have a problem

I've bought many zesters, all we're rubbish, until I bought this one, very sharp, (you need to watch your fingers), I can grate a few lemons in the time it would take me to grate half a dozen with others, I will definitely recommend this, it's great, no pun intended.

Beautiful in appearance. Gives you a professional look. Works a treat. Had an older micro plane (the coloured handled ones) was fantastic too just wanted a newer one as the other was worn away. Fantastic product.

Once you go microplane, you’ll never go back to a generic grater again. Super sharp and so easy to use. The master series looks great and the wood matches up with other wood in my kitchen so it looks amazing even when left out. The guard is brillant for storage so I have no worries of catching my fingers in the drawer! Will definitely expand my collection.

These are in my opinion the best Microplane graters. Very sturdy construction and love the wood handle

Prodotto stupendo materiali di pregio, la grattugia è molto solida, la manicatura in legno rende il prodotto molto fine, anche se per l’uso professionale probabilmente non a norma. La qualità del prodotto vale la spesa !
