Brilliant not too oily so simple to apply works brilliantly

I am 67, and cuticles we’re just thicker and untidy. Used cuticle tool to take excess cuticle away, but often caught too much, and then finger around cuticle would “peel”. Don’t wear nail varnish, and keep nails short, so if I could tidy cuticles up it would look more presentable. ( I still try and maintain a tidy personal appearance). Tried this, and YES for me, and Vegan, it works. Used it 2-3 times day for a few days, and now Use if I think about it in the daytime, but definitely every night before bed. Don’t necessarily rub into nail, quite often just let it dry on cuticle/nail. The improvement to the cuticle is much more positive than I thought Would be possible.
