I don't think it's as spongy as the pictures suggest, but it is a great lightweight pillow that will keep your head raised at just the right height. Shame it doesn't come with a little pillowcase as it's much smaller than regular pillows and it's practically swimming in the regular size pillow case I've put on it.

for first few nights was swapping back to my normal pillow in the early hours but use all night now comfortably.

Unsuitable for arthritis
Unfit for purpose. Gave away. Bought for my arthritic neck to replace one is used for ten years that was falling apart. Caused more pain.

This is a good quality product which is used on a daily basis. Maintains shape and very comfortable, has drawn positive comments from clients. Good therapy product

Excellent Quality, i'm very happy and comfortable. Please make sure you know this is smaller than a regular size pillow before buying. Most pillows like this are smaller, and they are perfectly comfortable.

Best pillow EVER!
I have a history of chronic back pain and have tried loads of orthopaedic pillows. I have to say that this is the best pillow I have ever slept on. I will be buying this type for as long as they sell them. I couldn't recommend this pillow highly enough.
