Makes for a deliciously coconutty start to the day with the combination of the coconut oil and jam keeping me satisfied until lunchtime and energised for the day ahead. Can imagine those that enjoy eating Nutella by the spoonful would do the same with this jam. I am finding it takes boiling water and a while to melt before use. At times I just dig it out solid and add it to hot chocolate. It's got a toasty, caramelized flavour which isn't unpleasant but is a little overpowering. There's no way I could spread it on toast and eat as it is, not really sure what to do with it, so it will probably languish in my cupboard and finally be evicted around 2027. So far I've found it quite versatile - been putting this on top of my oatmeal, chocolate cake, and matcha waffles and it tastes great with everything (goes exceptionally well with chocolate :) ). Great product, fast delivery, and phenomenal customer service (they have even left a note of thank you with my name printed on it!!).
