Age UK Pill Wallet

Originally bought just for convenience for the odd week-end and so on away from home this has quickly become indispensable for use every day even at home for easy, quick and certain management of medications day by day: what has yet to be taken, what has already been taken and so on. And it is also a very convenient means of keeping track of remaining stocks, in fact a whole week ahead, and so of the need to order repeat prescriptions in a timely manner so as to avoid running out or other panics. Absolutely essential now and thoroughly recommended. Much more discreet and also easier to use than other similar products.

This product appears well built, easy to use and very practical. The recipient was very happy with it and uses every day, it also makes it much easier for controlling and remembering what is taken when and if it has been taken. It would be better if it wasn't needed but that's life! Excellent product at a very reasonable price.

i bought this pill wallet for my mother and she has taken the confusion out of what and when to take her medication. The construction seems to be good but will have to wait to see how durable it is, hence only 4 stars.

Needed Nomad trays and these have very strong clips on lids, big comportments to get clumsy fingers in - wallet well made and about 6x2in - offers everything I want and made my life a lot less difficult - ideal for travel too - I put 9 mixed tabs and caps in one compartment and still had plenty of room to space - at price I'm well delighted with them and would recommend having bought 4 of them myself!! I ordered these for one of my elderly clients. They were cheap as chips compared to other ones so boughtthem to see if they are any good. Yes they do a job, but, they do not have days of the week on them, it isbreakfast, lunch, tea, bedtime, so you would have to make sure you start the packet on a Sunday or otherwiseit could get confusing. Also, if you order them for someone suffering from arthiritis or carpol tunnel then theymight have a job opening the little compartments. Considering they were sent from within the UK I have to saythe postage on this item was horrendous and the fact that I was charged per item even though they were in thesame envelope was a bit much,, There is no way this parcel cost nearly £7 to post as it is light as feather, so beforeyou think 50p is a good deal then look at the postage.

I am very happy with this, especially for the price. I have used it for a few weeks now, and find the clips on the individual little boxes still work perfectly, as does the stud to close the wallet. Also the days and times are still clearly legible. Would highly recommend this product to save a bit of time and make life easier for regular multi-pill takers, of which I have now, at the age of 66, regrettably joined the ranks lol.

It's a pill wallet, yes it is. How long it will last? My guess is, not long. Is it convenient? Not particularly, as the seven compartment trays are separate and held in by a thin pvc band; the compartment lids are fiddly and not very sturdy. If the seven trays fell out you'd possibly get them mixed up, which defeats the purpose of having an "organiser". Is it cheap? Yes. Is it also nasty? Read between my lines. But not worth the trouble of sending it back.
