I sometimes suffer from acute lower back pain and spasms, bought one size big as suggested in other reviews and it is a perfect fit... Quality
Purchased this item for my back pain. It is useful while riding the bike as I have back pain due to extensive travelling. But unable to wear long duration as it tied with tummy which feeling uncomfortable.But it is very much need for back pain as it will reduce the strain and friction while riding the bike.The quality wise it is average and not upto the mark
