Use these regularly.. good quality material.. that works very well when used properly. Makes light work of what can sometimes be a pain to carry out.. especially on some of the VW range . Can definitely recommend

Great tool. It’s one of those things that make you think “why didn’t I think of that?” Really easy to use and made the job of releasing the hub from the suspension leg so much easier. I only needed the shorter of the two but really pleased to have them in my tool box!

Finally found one of these that works on the strut clamp for a F20 BMW. Others didnt split it wide enough but this one did using the short stubby one - dont bother wasting money on others like I did, just buy this one.Tip - get it near the top of the clamp between the two lumpy bits and it works

These little beauties made switching out the shocks on my wife's car a breeze, ive done this job many times before without these and it was always a pig of a job, having ro try jam a chisel on to spread the strut holder enough to remove the strut. With this I simply slid the bit in place and turned 90 degrees. This gave enough room for me to slip the strut out, work on it and reinsert.Well worth getting if you are doing suspension work that requires you to remove the struts.
