Well made and does the job of lifting knee's up, I have a much larger Squatty potty (9inch) and am starting to find that it was getting uncomfortable while sitting on the toilet for any length of time, So bought this smaller stool, and find it a much more comfortable to use.

I now poo like a Unicorn! What's not to like! (Seriously its soft, it comes out quickly & need to use less toilet paper, these claims have also been acclaimed by my partner too! We are amazed! Very good for IBS partner, only quirm is it makes you almost fall into the toilet and not be able to put your butt on the toilet seat, but helps a lot with going.

Does make it easier to go, I think. Easier not to strain.Taking psyllium husk capsules is a better help though, once your digestion gets used to it.

This does seem to help with constipation, the trouble is it's so large you wouldn't want it round your toilet all the time, so I put mine under the sink, where it's still a bit cumbersome. It's worth it though for what it does.

This thing has changed our lives - don't buy this if you like to use the WC as an excuse to get away from things... It's over quickly and no time to read.
