Great product,great seller
Great product! I'm wary of using the ultra sonic dips on vintage jewellery in case the stones come loose. This product efficiently removes the tarnish from silver jewellery without damage or leaving residue and completely removes soap build up behind diamond and gold jewellery leaving my aged engagement ring looking like new. Great seller too.

Product not recommended
This product does not fit the description. It barely cleans at all, let alone professionally.

Cleans silver really well
This is not as good as a jeweller's tumbler but not bad as a cheap device for cleaning silver jewellery.

Don't listen to the bad reviews!
This thing saved my engagement ring! I have a Leo diamond so there is an engraving in the band that says "THE LEO" and the "O" is a diamond. My ring got so gross that I thought I lost my diamond. Nope! It was just buildup of skin, oil, lotion, soap, and dirt from a few months of wear without removing it. I actually couldn't get my ring off for a whole year so I ended up finally getting it off and having it sized up. I scrubbed and scrubbed with peroxide, windex, ammonia, everything and anything. Nothing got my ring as clean as the jewelers. The closest clean I could get was when I accidentally forgot to take it off and was cleaning with bleach. My ring was pretty sparkly after that but nothing could get the gunk out of the engraving inside except the jewelers. I don't like going there, they are kind of far and it's an inconvenience.I had tried a sonic cleaner that my mother bought me from Walmart and it didn't do anything. It was like letting my ring sit in a cup of water. I returned it. I haven't been using much of anything except whatever I could find around the house or jewelry cleaner, nothing really made my ring sparkle. I ended up looking up reviews for a decent sonic cleaner on Amazon. I picked a middle of the road one and though it worked better than the one my mother had gotten me, it still didn't get every last bit of gunk out. It made the outside of my diamond all sparkly and clean, the engraving in the bad was ok, not fantastic, and the underside of my diamond that's in the middle of all the prongs, was still cruddy and foggy and very obviously dirty. I ran my ring through the longest cycle about 5 times before deciding the only hope was the jewelers. Then I ran across this at Walmart. I have used sonic tooth brushes as well as sonic face cleansing brushes. I really like them. They work well. This was $29.99 at Walmart. Seems a bit pricey so I checked Amazon and found one for $13. They ended up being out of stock and cancelling the order so I ended up paying $16.20 for this with a different seller, for price reference so you don't overpay. 2 days later I tried it out as soon as it came in the mail. My ring was cleanish but still had the cruddy buildup on the bottom of the diamond that my sonic cleaner couldn't get off the week prior. I skimmed the directions and opened up the cleaner drops. They smell really good, subtle, but a nice scent and not like chemical or cleaner. I'm not sure what people are talking about saying it's hard to squeeze, I got a tad too much in my opinion on the brush because it squeezed out very easily. I cleaned my ring thouroughly for about a minute or two then rinsed and dried. I haven't seen my ring this sparkly and clean on my own EVER. It only looks like this after the jewelers clean it. I am very impressed, and for $16? I'll take it. That's 2 or 3 trips to the jewelers in gas. Even if this thing breaks after 6 months it will still be worth it! I have cleaned my ring twice now in the past week and it's SO sparkly I remember why I chose this diamond! Even the small diamond in my band is sparkly which is INCREDIBLY difficult to do, I can get my actual diamond to be pretty on my own for the most part, but the inside diamond always looks dull and gross, like a piece of glass. I like this so much I am going to buy a few to put away for Christmas gifts because it works so well and it will be a great gift for anyone that owns jewelry!

Very nice and easy to use
This little guy was quite a surprise. I first tried it out on a very intricate necklace and was surprised at how nicely the little brush worked into the tiny spaces. Sure you could use a toothbrush but the bristles on this cleaner are so small they get into some itty bitty crevices. Plus you do not have to work very hard to "scrub" like you would if you used a toothbrush. The solution that comes with the brush is powerful enough that you don't need a ton of it either. The directions say to put the solution onto the piece of jewelry first and this works unless your piece is very small. In that case, just put a drop onto the brush and do not turn on the brush until it is touching the piece of jewelry and away you go.....easy peasy.

Great on Gems and Metal, Above Average on Sterling Silver.
Very impressive on gold and gems, not as good as I hoped on sterling silver. It makes diamonds sparkle and even adds a slight shine to metal. It does not work as well as the Connoisseurs silver dip on sterling silver however. To completely clean sterling silver I cleaned the silver in the silver dip then touched it up with the Dazzle Stick. It is a good value considered the minimal time involved in cleaning. Overall I am pleased with the purchase and would recommend it to a friend.

Total garbage!!
I was looking for something to clean my jewelry with that was small enough to fit in a drawer in my bathroom. This fit the bill! But my first use, it was really loud and that didn’t seem right but I didn’t know any better at the time. After about a week, it started randomly shutting off in the middle of me cleaning. When I would press the power button a few times it would eventually turn back on but I’d have to do this about 3 times every time I cleaned my wedding rings (there’s 2 rings total to give you an idea). This went on for about 2 weeks.. Then about 1 1/2 weeks later, I went to use it and it wouldn’t turn on at all. So I assumed it was the batteries, I changed them, and it still wouldn’t turn on. I switched the batteries around a couple times just in case they were inserted wrong but still it wouldn’t turn on. This is really not worth the hassle. You’ll just be left with the cleaning solutions you can’t use and a product that won’t turn on. Unfortunately for me, my 30 days to return it is up. I should have returned it immediately upon noticing the early signs of defect. Lesson learned there! So disappointed.
