But, a lil flimsy.

Hard to use
If your washer/dryer sits on the floor, you've just traded one inconvenience for another. The outside rod broke the first time I used it but it's enclosed in material so no big deal. It's just as hard to get either machine to roll the drum in order for the clothes to fall onto the basket part. I don't recommend

It never arrived
It's a great concept - but it's been a couple of months now and still waiting for it to arrive.It's now the end of Sept and it still has not arrived.

Good for small loads
Works well for small-medium loads. It is not sturdy enough for large loads. The hoop's ends come apart and getting them back together is a bit tricky.
