Tastes nice and helps with sleep but gave me weird dreams!
I have very mixed feelings towards this. The taste is brilliant, goes down really well and really does help with falling asleep sooner and staying asleep longer. But... it gave me the WEIRDEST dreams! Very vivid, colourful, sometimes bordering on nightmarish dreams that you would stay with me for hours after waking up. Probably something to do with the deeper sleep you go into but I have now swapped to a different supplement that works equally well but doesn't have that side effect.

Why don't they taste the same as shop bought or the same ones from Ocado?
So, I have been taking these for a while now, originally from a popular health food store and also from Ocado but after they went out of stock I ordered them from Amazon. The problem is they do not taste the same. I had several left over from Ocado so I did a taste test and they are not as nice. I have since bought another tube from a health food store and they taste as they used to before I switched to Amazon. Is I was reviewing the shop bought ones it would be an easy 5 stars but I have my doubts now to the origin of these from Amazon

Mg Voost Magnesium Tablets in water.
These Magnesium tablets really do work well on me. I suffer with cramp and they help alleviate the symptoms.However, I will add you should never take any tablets, without first checking with your Doctor.They are excellent.

Good way of getting magnesium into your body fast if you suffer from cramp

Bit expensive
Expensive for what they are but taste good. Come in very small tubes so environmentally wasteful.
