Nice, but noisy
Got lots of little gadgets for the true fidgeter. We have a family of ADHD people. My son has been wanting one of the fidget spinners. I figure with his extend of ADHD and getting bored very easy, this might be a better option as a lot more to fidget with than just spinning. Might still get him the spinner too. My only complaint is I don't know if its just this particular one or something, but it is definitely NOT silent. It is quite loud. Not all parts are loud, but the joystick piece makes a bit of noise, as does the switch and silver button on it. So if you can keep your fingers off those when in a quiet environment you're fine, but otherwise bound to be annoying quite a few people around you, which can get you in trouble at school or work.

Perfect for ADHD child!
I got this for my 8 year old daughter who has ADHD, which in her makes it difficult to NOT be doing something. She constantly has to be doing something, hence the need to fidget. It's so small that she can hold it in one of her hands and let that hand keep from getting restless by using the cube, and it's quiet so it does not disturb others around her. She loves that there are different things to each side of the cube because it helps ensure that her hand can stay busy while she is trying to stay on task. Before the cube, she was coloring to stay busy, but then she would get so focused on coloring that she would miss what she was supposed to be doing. Not with the cube. The cube allows her to stay on task but letting her body feel fulfill the urge of being restless. We are going to use this next school year as a way to keep her on track so that she can complete her daily goals without getting into trouble. One of my favorite things is that this has a lifetime exchange warranty. It tells me that this company cares and believes in their product.

An Upgrade to a Fidget Spinner
The Fidpro fidget cube is great for people with restless fingers or minds. It's got a variety of options to suit pretty much anyone's desired fidgeting preference and can be used quietly or with louder audible sounds depending on which fidgeting option you choose. You're sure to find an option that will meet your fidgeting urge.Fidget cubes are similar in concept to fidget spinners that have become "the in-thing" lately, but gives you more fidgeting options. There's 6 sides and each side has a different fidgeting options, designed to satisfy clicking, flicking, gliding, or spinning fidget urges. One side has 5 clicker buttons to emulate the feel you'd get from popping things like bubble wrap. Another side has a joystick that you can glide around (one of my favorites since I'm a gamer). Another side has a switch similar to a light switch that you can flip gently and silently or harder for a more audible response. There's a side that has a disc you spin, similar to a Dj's turntable. One of the sides has a ball and some gears to utilize a rolling movement, and the last side has an indentation that is from the idea of a worry stone (you rub it and feel comforted by the action).Fidget devices are what I consider "the new stress ball"; although that's not entirely fair. Fidget devices are a great way to combat stress and anxieties due to repetitive, soothing actions. They're more than that, though. They've also been proven to increase concentration and creative thinking. They're a great resource for people with ADHD and other attention deficit disorders, but they're a fun thing to play with for almost anyone. I don't suffer from any kind of attention deficit disorder and do not typically feel the need to fidget, but I find myself unable to resist when holding this cube. I'll be mindlessly clicking, spinning, and gliding my way around this cube until someone points out what I'm doing.Fidget devices are great, even if I'm not the primary target audience. I think most people will enjoy them and find them helpful in some way or another, but for those with attention deficit disorders, they are an even more valuable tool. Everyone is different and our brains all think a little differently, so it's great that there are so many different fidgeting options on this cube to satisfy the majority of people. My only complaints with the cube I received is that two of my buttons don't make a "click" on the side with 5 buttons. You can still press them, but there missing the tactile feedback. The other complaint can be seen in the picture I uploaded. The skull design looks very stretched out on one side and slightly stretched on another. Neither of these were big enough complaints that they bothered me, so I did not take off any stars. This is a great time to point out that Fidpro offers a lifetime exchange warranty, so I have no doubts they would swap my cube for a different one if I contacted them, however, I didn't feel the need to in my own experience. Just know that that is an option should you run into the same thing.I would recommend trying out this fidget cube. You might not be the target audience, like me, but you may also be surprised by how much you actually use this item to combat stress or boredom. It might even unlock those creative juices inside your brain and inspire your next genius idea.

Worth the money!
My daughter loves her cube! It came in a nice little gift box and not some cheap wrap. This cube is better quality than those at the discount stores! It has a nice soft feel in your hand and all the features work well. The variety of features keep your fingers busy without the boredom that I think the fidget spinners offer. The switch is a little louder than the rest of the features, so I wouldn't recommend that one in a quiet setting, but otherwise it's overall fairly silent.

The whole family loves it
Fidget spinners are all the rage right now, but I think this fidget cube is way better! The cube allows you to fidget without really paying attention to it. Every side is different. The metal ball spins and clicks. The joystick moves around in a complete circle. There are five little buttons to click on another side. Another side has a switch, another side has a circle that spins. It is really fun and helps time to pass by quickly and keeps your stress at bay. It isn't silent, but most sides are pretty quiet and not too distracting to nearby people. I would highly recommend this to people who are interested in seeing what the fidget gadget Craze is all about.

Broke in less than 24 hours
My 7-year-old has been wanting a fidgit cube for several weeks & I finally told him he could buy one with his allowance money. It arrived yesterday & after one drop on asphalt today, the disk piece cracked right off. I don't expect these toys to be made to withstand *a lot* of abuse, but this shouldn't happen the first time it slips out of his hand. We paid more for this one because we figured it would be better quality than some of the cheaper ones available.

Keeps You Busy
Cool fidget toy. My kids absolutely love it! We have multiple spinners but this one keeps you busy with different things to do. It has six different things to do with a few extra if you improvise. Push the buttons for clicking, spin the spinner, flip the switch, rub the worry away, roll the gears/ball and move the joystick. The ball also clicks and pushes in and out. Small size is great for covertly playing with at your desk. Neat toy to keep you occupied for a while. Great to keep at your desk or for the kids.
