light does not work. replaced batteries - no luck. returned product to Amazon
Light does not work. Replaced batteries (which were dead on arrival) - no luck. Returned product to Amazon for a replacement. Amazon replaced defective product with a second light. Same result. Did not work - batteries dead on arrival. Replaced with fresh batteries but this did not solve the problem. Returned second light to Amazon. Will try to find a similar product somewhere else.

No battery instructions not working
Can’t figure out the batteries and how to put them in (which side is positive)?? Light not working!

Hard to operate. Poor quality control
Very hard to press the button that extends the claws, Light was quite dim.
