I tested it twice, and each time filled it with approximately 95° Celsius water. In both cases temperature after 24 hours was between 50° and 55° Celsius degrees, which is roughly identical to what expensive branded flasks do. So I can independently confirm findings of the other reviewer.The flask, lid and cup, are all double-walled stainless steel, which makes it robust against holding smells of previous liquids. Zero rubber or plastic touching any liquid. Only exception is the silicon sealer ring, which is pretty generic and can be replaced should it smell.There is also a rubber pad at the bottom, for better placement on solid tables.Tested it for leakage by placing it horizontally for 24 hours, as well as shaking it for a minute, and didn't leak either way.The only drawback is the logo being a different one, and a cheap-looking golden text that's printed on the main strap. Fortunately, it is easy to grt rid off by rubbing it. Replacing the strap is easy should one want toIt is difficult to have a more practical design than this. Other top brands have too much plastic, or too fancy lids with quick release features, which unnecessary harm the thermal insulation. This, on the other hand, has a simple twist-on lid that avoids such problems.I will hopefully update this review as I use this. Currently, my concern is about the strap holder which doesn't move. Is it simply glued? Or is it there to seal a vacuum? I hope it is a simple glue to hold the strap with no vacuuming role. Time may tell. But this is great so far.

Except the fact that it had different brand name stamped on the bottle and it feels cheap Chinese made, the flask is good, all SS metal, including the cup, hard to find such combination, tested, no leaks, I put boiled water in, after 24h was around 50 degrees Celsius, which is acceptable. I wish the bigger brands will get reed of all the plastic parts they are still using, and offer something like this.

This did not live to my expectations. Either I received a defective product or the thing is not leakproof. Disappointed that I missed the return window too. Now I have to keep it and cannot get a refund too.

My coffee remains hot for 12 hours. Metal used is durable.
