Avoid these.I was quite excited to recieve these as tbe CPAP mask was destroying my nose ( and still is). However ..you'd just as well cut a piece of cloth out of an old t-shirt or something in the same shape as these are just that basically.They have no effect unless you use 4 or 5 at a time, even then... you still get mask lines and a sore nose ( im my case). Complete waste of money .Very disappointed.

They would do the job but I find it difficult to keep them on and end up with the mask still on but the Remzzzs liner has fallen out.Excellent delivery time and service

These can help some people but I rarely end up with them staying on my face. Ad doesn't say but this package contains 30. The real problem is the fact that these are disposable and the manufacturer discourages re-use or washing, meaning a monthly bill of £25.00 plus whatever other costs you have to pay to maintain apnoea therapy compliance. Apnoea support groups suggest cutting an oversized mask-shaped piece of knitted cotton eg T-shirt material and creating a hole for nose and mouth - much cheaper than this ridiculously overpriced product.
